These terms govern your use of askmyai.live (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

askmyai.live is an AI assistant that can, at your request, connect to accounts you authorize (such as Gmail, read-only) to summarize information and draft suggested replies. The Service may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your account and connections

You must be at least 13 years old and authorized to connect any account you link. You can disconnect at any time, including by revoking access in your Google Account settings. You are responsible for any action you take based on the Service's output, including sending any draft.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours, no interference with the Service's security or operation, and no reverse engineering or automated abuse.

4. AI output

Summaries and drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on or sending them.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including Google user data.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, askmyai.live will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time. You may stop using it at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
